Looking at the work by Tabitha Ott, she integrates all sorts and colors of found plastics, primarily connecting them with jumprings.

Jumprings without openings can be made by sawing small plastic bottles, pens, disposable razors and others. These found plastic units can be connected through the production of wire jumprings. Here’s a you tube video describing how to use round nose pliers and flush wire cutters to wind a wire coil around a mandrel (round nose pliers, dowels, chopsticks or toothpicks).
